This war will he held on May 19th at 8pm EST!! This will be a crew style war. Anyone unfamiliar with the rules of a crew style contact the administrators.

Also I think key should be able to participate cause he's a regular now, but I also don't think he's familiar enough with the game and rules yet. Key I think you should wait a little before you start participating in wars.
